This type of Oil Expeller have been used for many years,
and they enjoy good reputation owing to theire efficiency and low cost.

They are well suited for pressing oils for self-consumption or local consumption,
or for laboratory use.

Pressing of cold raw materials is possible although preheating is recommended for
obtaining highest possible oil yields.

It develops high efficiency and incurs low maintenance cost.

The Worm Shaft is 100mm in diameter, and Cage Bars are made of
special steel subject to hardening heat treatment and precision finishing.

This type has simple and sturdy construction as well as our other medels,
and it is manipulation, taking - apart and assembling can all be done very easily.

This type is out of production now.

This machine is useful to preheat raw materials prior to feeding into the Expeller
in order to daciliate thorough expelling, and especially in case of Castor beans, Cacao,
etc. having highly viscous oil, it is necessary to use this machine.

These materials must be fed into the Expeller while they are still hot.
The bottom of Scorcher is thick enough to permit uniform spreading
of heat throughout the entire bottom area.

The Scoecher is suspended on top of the furnace by flange extending outward
at the top.

24 gallons of seeds comprise on charge, and 20-30 minutes (varying according to
moisture content) at sufficient for properly heating on charge of raw materials.

They can then be discharged through the hinged gate on the side of scorching vessel.
Too strong heat should not be applied.
